Section 132
Execution of sentence outside Nepal
(1) If the person sentenced according to this Act is outside the state of Nepal, the execution of the sentence can be carried out in the country where he is staying or brought to Nepal.
(2) If a person working in the Nepali Army is released from service during his stay outside the state of Nepal or after being released, he can be returned to Nepal.
